The Oregon Trail for Wii or Nintendo-DS
I remember playing the Oregon Trail when I was in elementary school, all my friends and I would look forward to going to the library just so we could all play. Well the classic computer game is back! The Oregon Trail 40th Anniversary Edition is now available for the Wii and Nintendo DS! While the graphics are much improved 🙂 the goal is the same! Make your way through the 2,000 mile journey on the Oregon Trail from Independence, Missouri to Oregon City. While the goal of the game is the same playing is a bit more technical from the computer game I remember as a child. It takes some learning to get used and you need to read all the instructions and menus. I really enjoyed playing the new Oregon Trail game my favorite is hunting and fishing! This game is a great RPG that is educational and fun for the entire family. And yes, you can still die from dysentery, ahhh memories 🙂
