I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Zarbee’s Naturals. I received product samples and a promotional item as a thank you for participating.

Last Sunday we had “spring forward” aka Daylight Savings Time. I love the extra daylight we grasp from moving up an hour but I’m not a fan of it messing with my children’s sleep schedule.

This past week the girls would go to sleep super late (11 P.M.) and not wake up until 10 A.M. in the morning. Oy!

Remember when I shared with you about our recent sickness and how Zarbee’s Naturals cough medicine made us all feel much better?

Did you know that Zarbee’s Naturals also makes Zarbee’s Naturals Children’s Sleep? It’s for ages 3 and up and it helps to reset the occasional hiccups in bedtime routines.

Zarbee’s Naturals Children’s Sleep, like Zarbee’s Naturals Cough Syrup is all Natural. It’s safe and effective and non-habit forming.

It contains an exceptionally pure, synthetic source of melatonin and is virtually identical to what your body naturally releases as part of it’s sleep cycle to help promote restful sleep.

Pinky has had some rough nights where she’s stayed up until 1 A.M. (eek!) and Zarbee’s Naturals Children’s Sleep has helped her fall asleep soundly on quite a few occasions.

Once was this week with the time switch, she was wide awake at her normal bedtime so I gave her some and she was sound asleep after 40 minutes.

I’m sure we all have those nights that the kids don’t go to sleep. I’m happy to be able to give my three year old an all natural sleep aid when she tries to stay up late.

They also make Zarbee’s Naturals Sleep for adults to on those nights that I get in bed only to toss and turn – I can attest that it works!

Visit Zarbees.com for more tips to getting a good nights rest and a really neat nighttime wind down chart for a great bedtime routine.

For parents (like me!) who need a little extra help, Zarbee’s Naturals is sharing a coupon code for $1.50 off Zarbee’s Naturals Children’s Sleep (and free shipping on all orders over $10). It’s available online at  www.zarbees.com using zarbeessleep at checkout.

Also, Zarbee’s Naturals will be sharing sleep tips throughout this week on their Facebook and Twitter pages.

I wish I’d have known about this one since my great nephew had a difficult time with the time change. We have used their cough medicine before and liked it

My son isn’t three yet so we wouldn’t be able to give this to him but I will keep it in mind when he gets older! He has always fought sleep and loves to stay awake as long as possible. It’s a great idea and I love that it is natural. I am a nurse and did the night shift for awhile and I knew a lot of other night nurses who took melatonin to help them sleep during the day. Makes sense to use it with kids too!

It’s wonderful! I’ve used it myself as well on those nights that I toss and turn and it’s great, I love that its a non-addictive natural way to help myself sleep too :)

This is great to know about. My daughter isn’t old enough to use it yet but I’m interested in their adult formula! Thanks!
