Holiday Joy Filled Gift Guide: Rockboard Scooter Review + Giveaway RV $199
I have a wonderful gift idea for you that is not only fun but it also makes for great exercise – Rockboard Scooters! The Rockboard Scooter is not your average scooter, its 2 scooters in one! You to use it as a kick scooter or amp up the fun with the Rockboard technology. In Rockboard mode you use your feet to rock the board back and forth, just like a seesaw, to power the Rockboard scooter and reach speeds of up to 10mph! The full size Original Rockboard Scooter we tried out is made for kids 8 and up but there is also a smaller Rockboard Mini for kids 5 and up. The Original Rockboard can hold up to 200lbs so how could I resist but trying it out for myself 🙂
I took it out of the box and was happy to see that just like the box says there really is no assembly required. Just pull it out of the box tightened the handlebars together and another knob near the kick plate and your good to go. No assembly means getting the Rockboard scooter ready for your kids on Christmas morning will be a cinch! The handlebars are adjustable to any height 36 in. – 46.5 in so the only thing you may have to do is adjust the height to fit your child. Once our Rockboard was ready to go I hopped on and quickly learned how to rock it back and forth to push it forward. The board has grip tape so your feet say nicely in place without slipping while you rock it back and forth. It rides very smoothly and since the Rockboard can go so fast it has a brake on the handle bar that smoothly slows you down plus it has comfortable grips for your hands.
Here is a short video of me on our Rockboard Scooter:
I highly recommend the Rockboard Scooter! It will make for hours of fun for your kids, I even had a hard time getting off I was having such a blast!
