Chemical Free Baby Wipes from WaterWipes available at Meijer

This post was sponsored by WaterWipes as part of an Influencer Activation for Influence Central. I received complimentary products to facilitate my review.

Being a mom of a toddler I’m endlessly wiping dirty faces, messy hands and cleaning food messes and whatever other messes my Loo Loo seems to find.

Loo Loo is the type of tot that ends up dirty moments after a bath. Not only do I use wipes on my kids messy hands or faces I’m always reaching for a wipe to wipe down toys, the tables and even my kitchen countertops. Hey, they are always around so it’s convenient and they are great at cleaning just about everything from chocolate pudding faces to caked on gook on my stove.

Since I’m constantly using wipes I am very grateful to have been introduced to WaterWipes available at Mejier stores. I went to my local Meijer store and purchased a couple of packages to try out for myself.

WaterWipes-review

WaterWipes are CHEMICAL FREE! That’s right, there are no preservatives or any additives. They are made with only two ingredients – 99.9% purified water and 0.1% grapefruit seed extract – awesome!

I was worried that they wouldn’t be a durable as my usual wipes but I was pleasantly surprised in their durability in standing up to the tough messes. Being that they are a natural product you will need to use them within about a month after opening the package or they may dry out but with 60 wipes in a pack going through them all in a month is really no issue in my home.

Being that they are all natural they don’t have a that chemical smell to them and they are super gentle on my precious girls’ skin.

The only drawback of WaterWipes is the price. The wipes I typically purchase are about $0.02 per wipe and WaterWipes are $0.06 a wipe. I do think that I will be purchasing them again though specifically for diaper changes and face wiping because the fact they are chemical free makes that 4 cents a wipe worth it to me. They are a great safe, natural option for those sweet little faces and hands.

I should also note another wonderful feature of WaterWipes – unlike some other wipe brands, WaterWipes are not interfolded. This allows for the sterile environment within the package to be maintained. For the same reason, it is recommended that you do not relocate the wipes in an alternate container.

On top of the typical daily usage they’ve also been wonderful for the runny noses that have hit the Digger house in full force this past week.
